Can you believe July is almost here? As we get ready to celebrate Canada Day tomorrow, we wanted to share a few quick updates from Wilmot Youth...

What’s Happening?

Here are a few things coming up in our ministry . . .

Join Wilmot Youth for The Mini Masters, a fun-filled evening of mini golf on Monday, July 6 from 6:30–8:00 PM at Market Sports in Waterloo! This event is open to all Wilmot Youth students and promises friendly competition, laughs, and maybe even a hole-in-one. Whether you’re a mini golf pro or just in it for the fun, this is a night you won’t want to miss. Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early to reserve yours. Bring a friend and your best putting game. We’ll see you on the greens!

A Resource For You

Pack your “backpacks” and gather around the “campfire.” This summer your family is going on an adventure through the book of Colossians. Each week focuses on helping your family grow deeper roots in Jesus through Bible reading, discussion, prayer, and fun activities together.

One Quick Question

At Wilmot Youth, our "Big Win" is seeing your student take steps toward owning their faith. But we know we only see a small part of their journey! We want to hear from you, the experts on your kids. Whether it’s a 'faith moment' you’ve witnessed at home or feedback on our Monday night programs, your input helps us better serve your family. Please take 5-10 minutes to fill out our parent survey!

Thank You

As always, thank you for trusting us to partner with you. If you ever have questions or need anything, don't hesitate to reach out.

June Youth Update
Summer is just around the corner, and we are gearing up for an exciting finish to the school year! From welcoming new faces to our ministry to celebrating all that our students have accomplished, there is so much to look forward to this June. Here is everything you need to know about what's coming up at Wilmot Youth. What’s Happening? Here are a few things coming up in our ministry . . . JUNE 1: GRADE 5 NIGHT Ready to see what the hype is all about? TONIGHT, June 1st, we’re throwing open the doors for an epic sneak peek into Youth. Whether you're ready to level up or just want to see what it's all about, you’re invited! JUNE 8: YEAR END PARTY School is almost out, and we’re going out with a bang (and a whole lot of airtime!) It’s time to trade in the textbooks for grip socks and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished this year! We’re taking over Sky Zone Kitchener for two hours of high-flying, wall-to-wall action. Whether you're a dunk contest pro or just here for the foam pit, this is the party you don't want to miss.GRAB YOUR SPOT What We’re Teaching In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth and started writing the most incredible story. It's not a story meant to be put away on a shelf somewhere, but it's one we're meant to explore and experience because we're deeply connected to it. God created a role for each of us to play. Tonight, we’ll explore God’s story and discover the unique roles He has for each of us. Together, we’ll see how God is writing a good story in our lives. A Resource For You If you are a parent weighing whether to introduce your kids to the world of Harry Potter, David Mathis’s article for Desiring God offers a refreshing and deeply thoughtful perspective that moves beyond the typical "magic vs. no magic" debate. Writing as both a pastor and a father of four, Mathis shares his experience of reading the entire series aloud to his sons. He argues that rather than being a "manual for witchcraft," the books, especially the final volume, serve as a powerful echo of the Gospel. Whether you're a long-time fan or a cautious skeptic, this article encourages you to see how Hogwarts might actually help your children discover stories where the light eventually outshines the dark.READ IT HERE Wait...
