WCC’s Elders serve as the spiritual leadership of our church along with the Lead Pastor, and as the Operating Board along with the Executive Director. Both the Lead Pastor and Executive Director function as non-voting advisors to the Elders Board.
Together they are also responsible for prayerfully establishing WCC’s vision, which they do in conjunction with the ministry Staff.
Since the early church, Elders have been appointed to give spiritual oversight and leadership to local congregations (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5).
The Elders greatly appreciate your prayers as they seek to be led by the Holy Spirit to help people follow Jesus.
